Hawaii was first inhabited well over a thousand years ago.

However, the Monarchy was created 200 years ago. It was Recognized by the European Royal Familes so they could control it. And they do.

The Dirty Police Chief from the LV HArvest Shooting appointed himself Acting Coroner.

Nothing to see here.

Cities all over the US have quietly eliminated Coroners and now let rookie cops sign Death Certificates to keep their crimes covered up.

Does San Joaquin County have a coroner?

San Joaquin County has since separated its coroner duties from the sheriff's office. The Golden State is one of three states that allow sheriffs to also serve as coroners, and all but 10 of California's 58 counties combine the offices. Legislative efforts to separate them have failed at least twice, most recently this year.

"Independently Tested"

Just 10% for the Big Guy..and a smooth "blame shifting".

Maybe just be accountable and held responsible?

That's all a shell game for trhe Insurance Companies.

Yes, the Supreme Court could simply acknowledge that the government doesn't have the authority to regulate Flowers.

Why shouldn't manufactured products subject to adulteration like "gummies" should be held to the same standard as other "gummies"?

Natural ingredients were banned from the food industry not because they were harmful to human health, but because natural products can't be patented and profited from. The entire government exists to "synthesize" reality into a pseduo-synthetic nightmare for Safety and Control.

Old Coke had a secret recipe of natural ingredients.

New Coke is Patented and the recipe of fake ingredients is freely posted.

Licensing/Royalties drives that bullshit

Cigars aren't "patented" like "Remdesivir"

Cigars are Branded and Trademark Protected

Who tests that tobacco to "make sure" it's "safe to smoke"?

The guy rolling the cigar

If he diesโ€ฆit's no bueno

Wildfires, like Wildflowers can't be controlled.

The Sheriff investigates Crimes

The Coroner investigates Deaths

The First Responders the a Death is usually a cop

Just more "efficient" to shortcut the coroner out of the loop.

Saves the municipality a little money

Besides, Coroners are Doctors of Pathology, and are very expensive to attract and retain.

Cops have a max IQ limit, so they're a lot cheaper and easier to come by.

Court OKs Barring High IQs for Cops

ByABC News

September 8, 2000, 9:32 AM

N E W   L O N D O N,  Conn., Sept. 8, 2000 โ€“ A man whose bid to become a police officer was rejected after he scored too high on an intelligence test has lost an appeal in his federal lawsuit against the city.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York upheld a lower courtโ€™s decision that the city did not discriminate against Robert Jordan because the same standards were applied to everyone who took the test.

โ€œThis kind of puts an official face on discrimination in America against people of a certain class,โ€ Jordan said today from his Waterford home. โ€œI maintain you have no more control over your basic intelligence than your eye color or your gender or anything else.โ€

He said he does not plan to take any further legal action.

Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took the exam in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125. But New London police interviewed only candidates who scored 20 to 27, on the theory that those who scored too high could get bored with police work and leave soon after undergoing costly training.

Most Cops Just Above Normal The average score nationally for police officers is 21 to 22, the equivalent of an IQ of 104, or just a little above average.

Jordan alleged his rejection from the police force was discrimination. He sued the city, saying his civil rights were violated because he was denied equal protection under the law.

But the U.S. District Court found that New London had โ€œshown a rational basis for the policy.โ€ In a ruling dated Aug. 23, the 2nd Circuit agreed. The court said the policy might be unwise but was a rational way to reduce job turnover.

Jordan has worked as a prison guard since he took the test.

But also this.

And it eliminated co-payments for quit-smoking programs, birth control pills, certain cancer screenings and other preventive care. As Obama has suggested, itโ€™s what he was talking about when he talked about change.

Which, taking the long view, probably saved "Black Lives".
