Bullshit! Let me tell you why. I watched someone collapse at the Vegas shooting in the streets and watched that single person for over 2 hours or more to check for movement. They were dead and got picked up by a truck towards the end. I looked for rib cage movement and watch the limp body picked up and still no rib cage movement. People are really dying.
