They have been planning this for at least two years to coordinate everything, waiting for the right time when the winds picked up.
If you listen to the black lady vid in this bread, she said that the kids were sent home from school and were left walking on the streets to go home while fire was happening.
Parents then had to go find their kids before they could even think about escaping fire, or protecting their families.
