Video of Maui elder, she complains that trash from the observatory was dumped and blew off the mountain for 10 years because "they wouldn't pay for trash service and Maui gov wouldn't go get it".

Keeps bugging me.

Obviously there's trash service to the areas open to the public, last I was there it looked very clean.

Is there another entity/agency up there on a black ops budget that needs to stay anonymous? They scavenge off of other agencies for operational needs but something about their trash nobody wants to touch it?
