Put the face (The Face is important) on the crimes. The Face of the "corporate" identity – the networks – that perpetrate and cover-up the crimes. There are the incidents (and the Victims) and there are the cover-ups; different crimes with distinctions. And then there is the underlying organized network that enables both without distinctions.

There is such a volume that our judicial system and prison system will be heavily burdened. See what has occurred (is occurring) in the UK. While there is a breaking point, it is not an unknown stress, resolve needs to be bolstered early and long-term.
