You have to petition the Court to remove your case from state court to a federal court. That is what is happening now re Trump’s case and others. Several of the people that were indicted have requested permission to have their case heard in a federal court. You have to qualify to have your case removed. It has to involve a federal Q or two parties from different states so you meet federal jurisdiction. For military court it has to involve a person in the military or for civialians, treason against our country wherein, the military is then involved. That is the abbreviated version of bringing a case from state to federal or a military court.

That is the keystone to everything -“ trigger” the military to take action. When? Who the fuck knows outside of the chosen 10, which only 3 are not military.

Depends on judge when he/she rules on removing to federal court. When I clerked for a fed judge he used to say to me, “we can take as much fucking time as we like to decide a case.” Another great one was, “remember, we are always right until we lose on appeal.” Good times.

In some instances, but I don’t know if all have requested to have their case removed at this point. I would assume this would be where the action was brought would be the federal court. In this case, looks like Atlanta.
