you are missing some details First there was a picture posted that was the correct mug shot but it looks like it was a real picture but on the edge of a table perhaps, this was the cell photo picture inititially, then the picture got dropped with the wrong tie, this is the one the media initially ran with, but then the one with the logo dropped on twitter I suppose and anons had it soon after this is the one the memes have been made out of.
