Yaghoobzadeh and Owens have past ties to the Carlyle Group DC investment firm. The Carlyle Group is heavily funded by George Soro's, and has been for many years. In 1993 alone, Soro's gave Carlyle Group 100 million dollars. It has a sordid history, of being a CIA investment firm.
