I don't think this guy is the son of the guy that made all that money (Carl Lindner Jr.) but I do think he is a grandson.
This could be the Jeff she refers to, or maybe this guy has a son named Jeff. He ran for city council in 2022 (doesn't appear that he won). I don't think she said how old Jeff was in the video.
