The Military has to have covert spot inspections of equipment by other teams to ensure that all inspections are free of tampering at random intervals until all these crashes can be figured out. Space force should be monitoring any interference from electronic warfare coming from any outside or internal sources. Hardware and Software should go through millions of tested simulations to ensure resource integrity. And lastly, all operators have to be evaluated with every type of test simulation whether it is physical or psychological on a regular basis to maintain integrity.
