Is ERIC Using DMV Lists to Create Targeted Unregistered Voter Lists – And Who Gets These Lists?

My state was using ERIC until very recently. After one recent election I noticed junk mail to my home in a name I had not ever been aware lived at that address. My serious question was if a fake voter had been listed to my address. Not sure that would be due to ERIC per se, but something similar may have been in play. My county clerk was on the EOLDN, for anons that are familiar with that entity.

As for the DMV, I am open to some sort of check on vision and/or skills periodically for driving. However, I am not driving at the moment due to massive concerns about misuse of my data, especially because of the REAL ID fiasco. I wrote my state AG about this as I elected not to renew my license. Now to discover that DMV is like a data mining service for ERIC related election chicanery just makes me say "It figures.".
