Just heard someone say something to the effect that God is not really very religious.

People get locked into rigid forms.

"Organized" Christianity seems to me to be often "religious" but sometimes not truly following God.

I've done better by fellowshipping with people who follow Jesus outside of an organized setting. More like a "house church". I'm not against "organized" ministries or local churches, however. Maybe the issue is accepting state control in one manner or another?
