Constitutional crisis:

2nd impeachment was about Jan 6. It was so unconstitutional, Justice Roberts wouldn't show up. Leahy took over and then had health issues keeping him from Senate for much of the time he had left before retiring.

All of the basic principals of law were applied except for a few key details. No Judge. Defendant Trump was granted all of his rights.

Our Constitution isn't to stop someone called "Prosecutor" from infringing on rights of citizens. It says Government.

Last I checked, Senate is a part of our Government.

They did in fact try him and found him not guilty.

Government has already found him not guiltyDouble jeopardy at this point. Government took their shot and lost.
