I believe that Obama appointed this same room mate to be the Chief Agricultural Negotiator for US trade. However the room mate appears to have a mysterious name change to Islam Siddiqui.

Islam Siddiqui was reportedly born in Haldwani, India.

Obama may have bypassed the usual FBI security clearances to give his room mate the job, under a false name and false nationality. Probably because his room mate also would not pass the criminal record checks.

Obama probably did this because they have or had a sexual relationship together currently or in the past.

Islam Siddiqui left the Obama administration after four years to become Senior Adviser (Non-resident), for Global Food Security Project. Obama possibly got him this job too.

He now seems to have become Dr. Islam Siddiqui.
