Think social credit score on steroids …you want to keep a population under control…set up a society where the only currency is digital…you want to eat, healthcare, medication…obey or we'll take your money.
If you wanted to get the public to accept a digital currency…would you tell them if was developed by DARPA for the CIA / WEF…no, you make up a story about a mystical figure who created the technology (blockchain) and show that the govt. cant hack it by allowing it to be the currency of the Dark Web (porn, drugs, trafficking)
