Anons, I have done a little digging today. Trying to figure out how US "health care" (slow death by sub-lethal injection with maximum wallet extractions) got so bad. Missouri recently banned "gender-affirming" (identity and fertility destroying) care. However, the wicked perverts wanting to destroy children are not likely to give up easily. What I noticed is that there is effort to move "health care" into schools and to make it "free". One company doing this in my region is called "Clarity" (https://clarity-healthcare.org). I found this little note at the bottom of a page on their web site (pic related). What is FTCA "deemed"?

As I understand it "deemed" means that the health care provider is treated as a public health service employee or employee of the federal government and has "immunity"/protection from civil malpractice claims. The covered person (entity) is supposed to use their cost savings (I guess) due to not having to pay malpractice insurance premiums to instead provide more care.

Quote: (https://bphc.hrsa.gov/initiatives/ftca/what-ftca): "Health Centers: The Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Acts of 1992 and 1995 (FSHCAA) provides that certain persons, referred to as covered individuals (i.e., governing board members, officers, employees, and certain individual contractors) of FTCA covered entities (e.g., health centers that receive section 330 funds and have been approved for coverage or “deemed” as employees of the Public Health Service (PHS) by the Secretary) be treated as PHS employees for purposes of medical malpractice liability coverage. Covered activities are acts or omissions in the performance of medical, surgical, dental, or related functions resulting in personal injury, including death, and occurring within the scope of employment (including within the approved scope of project). This means that a covered entity or individual is immune and will not be financially liable for any claims arising from covered activities. Congress’ intent was to increase the availability of funds to health centers to provide primary health care services by reducing or eliminating health centers’ malpractice insurance premiums."

I think what all this means is that a bunch of free "care" directly under federal "authority" is being pushed on vulnerable people who lose their ability to sue for civil damages if bad things are done (like gender-destroying care for minors?). Also, "providers" are backstopped by having the federal bully as their "body-guard" since you would likely be going against the federal government if you could file a lawsuit. Any anons familiar with all this?

This is not on the federal level but in Indiana apparently the state will provide malpractice insurance to doctors who have failed to be able to get insured. What it seems to mean is that bad doctors are protected when they hurt people.

This seems to be one manner in which "best in the world" (?) US "health care" has turned into a sh&t ( put in an "o" or "i" as the case may be) storm of death and injury.

The video repeats clips over and over. I found it most helpful to listen rather than watch. It is short, not quite 6 minutes.

I embedded this video a bit ago. I had questions all over the place. I really don't know what happened and it is something to investigate. I'm open to all ideas for now.

I actually thought this guy's "accidental" torching of the two vehicles was potentially comms or designed to make us think vehicles going up like this is likely. Did you see the last few minutes where there is an interchange about "where are the children"? Felt really funny to see the two guys joking about it.
