Greg Kelly gives September 5th- October 31st as date range for audio of compromised/captured President evidence to be reveal to the public. He is unsure of which "entity" will reveal it, inside the Government or outside the Government. This has to mean Congress or Military as no other "entity" would have legal authority to posses a recording much less release it without facing arrest.

Congress returns from Summer break 9/5, EO 13848 expires 9/12, Supreme Court opens new session 9/26, Budget deadline 9/30, General Milley retires 10/1.
The Military cannot take orders from a compromised/captured President. They must protect the Country (including our checkbook)
All signs suggest this has already happened and this date range will make it public knowledge.

Using logic, they called out this building specifically so people are alerted that non essential federal buildings are closed because Nancy is corrupt. There are many federal buildings in and around that area and logic would dictate they should all be closed if San Francisco crime is what caused it. Not just Nancy's building.
