Ranyard W. admits law is different in different societies, yet wants to "progress" to one World Law.
He uses the word "Equity" a lot and I notice the commies taking over our Country do the same.
I need to unpack more what that's about.
Obviously the Hague Court and by extension "Jack Smith" believe a Court of Justice should deliver "Equity" and that they would or do know what that is.
I think "EQuity" here means "not according to written law" but according to what we think is best (he clarifies it in the second half of page 100.)
"Equity" is "means of settling all disputes"
