This sounds correct, but it is actually short circuited meaning only those that fight are affected not everyone. The Talmudic principle, which allows me to kill because I think and feel regardless of reality is very dangerous and has been adopted by cops and excused by Talmudic DA's all across America to the point of being a norm.
