Traffic Circles, they became vogue when my brother in law said "why do you have stop signs in your country". So I put in roundabouts.
Still, to this day, people don't understand how to use them correctly. Point your car into the circle, press the gas, and avoid other cars while doing so, never fukcing stop. You piss people off, go very slowly, but don't ever stop.
