It's remarkable, you kind of made an image from a recurring nightmare I had a kid (under age 6).

It was a giant wave / wall like that and I was surfing with my brother (only in the dream, we didn't surf) and I would jump off the wave on to a sand cliff and my brother could never make the jump sufficiently and would land 10 or 15 ft below the edge of the sand cliff. I would have to run down and help pull him up to the top before the next wave would come crashing down.

That's mighty odd.
