i'm not a vivek fan so i don't have sauce handy but he did say recently on Maria Bartoromo Sunday show that if he was elected President he would hire on Trump as a consultant (or adviser) because TRUMP KNOW WHERE THE BODIES ARE BURIED.
So whatever his true motives are, he appears to be aware of Q because there's no way he would use that odd phrase off the top of his head.
Still don't trust him though.
