According to Dr Jan Halper of the DoD, 46 federal court cases were put on hold after the US Supreme Court would not "Hear" the case of "Election Fraud" with a ruling of "No Standing". No standing simply means that no one claimed "Damages", complaining about cheating is just that complaining, you have to make a "Claim of Damages". All those cases can now be reopened and continued with proper damage claims thus giving "Standing" in any court of law to be "Heard".
