“Pelosi Trashes Trump: “Cancerous…Malignancy”, and His Supporters: “They don’t share our values in terms of respect for the dignity and worth of every person”

I’m confused, can someone make this make sense to me. She is saying her team has values of dignity and worth for every person. But then goes on to say Trump and at 100,000,000 people in the US are a malignancy and cancer, but aren’t we included logically in the statement “every person”?

Why doesn’t anyone tell her shes a hypocrite or has violated any mastery of the english language.
