Yes, they are corrupt and should be disbanded. All cops, lawyers and judges are corrupt. They will all lie to protect each other. They will also lie and create false evidence to convict a person. I know you may not like how this sounds but I've seen this first-hand. For the DoJ and FBI, we need to install oversight directly within these organizations so the oversight body had direct access to all records, secret or not. Also, all this government secrecy needs to be ended.
