This was the point of The Constitution in the first place… to force a weak but still functional government. The broad interpretation of the commerce clause has allowed government to grow to insane size and power. Government must be limited and shrunk. We need to get back to not just small government but TINY government. We do not need a HUGE military. We do not need a HUGE pile of investigative agencies. We certainly don't need the regulations and nonsense. All power not specifically designated to the Federal government defaults TO THE STATES! Get rid of the Federal government and let the states compete on how to solve these issues. First and foremost is the removal of the IRS and the removal of the FED. Then the rest of it. We will never be free until, at a minimum, this happens. After that we need a return of POWERFUL individual property rights that are down right DANGEROUS for government to violate. Government agents should come hat-in hand and speak softly and politely when arriving at a citizens property as opposed coming like an invading military. Lets bring back Patented land and Alloidial Title. Lets bring back gold backed currency that cannot be inflated. Lets be rid of STANDING ARMIES that bleed us dry. Get government out of the way and WE THE PEOPLE will fix every single thing that is wrong. We will do it automatically and FOR FREE because we do it FOR OURSELVES. We have this one chance to fix all this nonsense… LETS FIX IT COMPLETELY!
I agree anon… 100%. You can root out all the "bad apples" you want but more will just be created… It is the environment of "powerful organizations" that creates and causes bad actors to flourish. If organizations are small. If power is left with individuals it is really quite difficult for huge problems to form. It is only when tremendous financial power and tremendous monopolization of force comes about that we find these obscene abuses. To really fix this shit we need a TINY and heavily constrained government. We need property rights and freedom to educate our children and produce goods and defend our families and land and functional courts to help settle disputes. We really don't need heavy police forces. We do not need a large military. If there is an invasion (like the one ongoing right now from Mexico) Us citizens will take care of it for free in a hot minute… Problem is this, Government WILL NOT LET US. I got a den of these scumbags in a place called "little mexico" right down the road from me. We all know it and we can't do a damn thing because the government takes my money by force and gives it to these scumbags. Then takes MORE of my money by force and gives it to scumbag cops and scumbag courts who defend them FROM ME. I would solve it for free but no… Corrupt government wants to make sure that here in Oregon there are enough liberal voters to keep the scumbags sitting fat and happy in Salem. I'm sick of it.
