Arizona Lawmaker Expelled From State House For Sexual Misconduct Tries His Luck At State Senate

A former Arizona state representative who was expelled from office for sexual misconduct can now run for state Senate, Arizona’s Supreme Court ruled Wednesday.

An investigation found Republican Don Shooter guilty of sexually harassing at least seven women, some of whom were elected officials, reported the Associated Press. The House voted to oust him 56-3 on Feb. 1.
