Reorganize FBI, CIA, and NSA into one intel agency and ensure full accountability to Congress. The bigger the govt is the harder it is to conduct oversight.
We also need to take the $$$ out of public service - end lobbying, end companies buying their own laws, end the selling out of the American people to the highest bidder. There will always be another Hillary waiting in the wings. We can't sit back and just hope this shit doesn't happen again.
