Christopher Exley of Keele University did, imo, excellent work on aluminum and the brain. The thing is, if what he said was true there would be big trouble for the vaccine industry and for those wanting to "make a killing" off of Alzheimer's disease.

If you get the aluminum out of the brain you can stop (reverse?) Alzheimer's disease. However if that were shown to be true then you could avoid AD by not getting aluminum in your brain in the first place. Also if you could drink silicated mineral water like Fiji water (Why do those rice celebs like that stuff so much?) and eliminate aluminum maybe you'd have a healthy brain without expensive Alzheimer's medications, which don't yet exist by the way.
Christopher Exley showed some of the highest brain aluminum levels in children who died with autism. Imagine those sweet little macrophages which normally help clear garbage out of the human body eating up a crap-ton of aluminum from an injection site and then depositing it upon their death inside the brain.
Aluminum can alter the morphology of bacteria so that they can enter cells. Now you have an "autoimmune" disease because your poor confused body is trying to eliminate intracellular parasites. Hmm…why would ivermectin and zinc along with antibiotics cure just so many different things……
