I feel this is more likely Q team 5th gen warfare…
They provide good info on what has occurred but their predictions of future events seems like it was more of the same approach as Q uses…Threaten an action that requires the opposition plan and act.
Like the threat to release D. Nunes FISA memo or more recently Biden bank records….
These info graphics also use some of the same Socratic method and to me have a similar feel as Q team postings.
As far as a website that his came from, I feel that's what is intended…

To me, this implies a threat that Q team has an InTRAnet site with all this information that they can release to the world whenever they want.
