If they believed themselves to be men, they would be sitting in the ER abt 30 seconds after blood and uterine effluvia started gushing out of their penises. However, the ER's aren't clogged with these people and their weird meat tubes, bc they know they aren't men.
Same reason that men who dress like women don't take pregnancy tests when they don't release blood and uterine effluvia from their surgical incisions. If blood and puss DO come shooting out of their hole and they get diarrhea/cramps/whatever, they don't assume it's because they're having a period. They go to the ER bc they know have a serious infection.
Fuck these people and demanding that we all play their stupid game.
