as long as you have not refreshed the bread then you can navigate up to that post and see what is being deleted. Once you get some exposure over time on what is being deleted then you gain an understanding as to the bent of those doing the deleting. Then refresh and it will disappear. Back in the bad old days, when QR was QR, this almost never happened. Unless it was something illegal. Like CP.
