I've gained so much weight in the last few years. My brother just lost like 75 lbs in 8 months. He's basically just eating meat, eggs, veggies and dairy (all fat dairy). That's all he did, no exercise. Just cut out all the carbs except for veggies and some fruit. The other key was that he only ate two meals a day and no more than 4 hours apart. The rest of the time he fasted. No sugar, pasta, bread, rice, or potatoes.
