•Pace setter: Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon.

• Servant: Herb Kelleher, former CEO of

Southwest Airlines.

• Situational: Pat Summitt, head coach emeritus of the

University of Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team.

• Transformational: Steve Jobs, deceased head of Apple.
