That one confuses me. If we've already proven ourselves worthy, retracing steps doesn't correct an error, otherwise we wouldn't yet be worthy.

In what manner would retracing steps aid in anything? We dig, we meme (successfully), and we pray.

But, to retrace our steps suggests we've missed something. We certainly can't (as the body public) go back in time - we don't have that kind of access - especially if the timelines have locked. So "Retrace your steps" is confusing. I don't believe the Flash is dependent on us going back because we missed anything.
