>>19508116 Peter Navarro Comments to Reporters After Guilty Verdict in Contempt of Congress PN

Watching the Video on C-Span they have leftists right behind Dr. Navarro while he was speaking, jeering, criticizing and shouting smears against him. And no one removed them because they invoke ā€œthe freedom of speechā€, while are denying his right to speak.

That being said they have already appealed to the circuit court and he believes it will end up in the SC. The DOJ was not there to prove ā€œcontempt of Congressā€ and they never used those charges. Instead theBidan Prosecutor went into a long tirade about his crime of Dr. Navarro is personally responsible for J6 insurrection

The judge even called out the prosecutor, but let him continue and should have thrown out the case at that point.

The judge knew his was not in contempt on congress because he ruled earlier abd said Navarro had Executive Privilege and he was not in contempt. But the Judge justified the pursuit because ā€œthe judge did not personally believe Navarro had invoked it along with Trump, even though he had! (apparently Judges are now psychic and can go back in time and witness events)!

Navarro explains further, many constitutional scholars believe Executive Privilege is always in force with positions as direct report to the Pres. This is one of the reasons it will end up in the SC.

Dr. Navarro knows ultimately this has to go to the SC, because the DOJ held for 50 years, the decision that NO surrogate, direct report to the President can be held for Contempt of Congress.

The DOJ ignored their rule in Navarroā€™s case. But probably the reason that didnā€™t conduct the trial with mentioning ā€œExecutive Privilegeā€ charges; it seems they knew if they did this in court, they could lose their law licenses. And the record would come up for 50 years they didnā€™t charge anyone.

But still, the Judge should have thrown the case out for false charges.

Can Navarro sue the Judge, the DOJ etc to get his millions back?

Western countries hatching Interpol plot against Moscow ā€“ official

ā€˜Unfriendlyā€™ nations are trying to expel Russia from the international police cooperation body, its head of the national bureau has said

Some Interpol members have been plotting to remove Russia from the international police cooperation body for political reasons, the head of Russiaā€™s National Central Bureau of Interpol, Major General of the Police Valery Kalachev, told TASS on Thursday.

When Moscow launched its military campaign in Ukraine, a ā€œgroup of nationsā€ started to plan its exclusion, the general claimed, adding that this procedure is not even envisioned by the organizationā€™s charter. ā€œWe are aware that some behind-the-scenes debates are still continuing in several unfriendly nations,ā€ he said, adding that these actions go against Interpolā€™s rules.

ā€œInterpol is a ā€¦ purely professional police organization,ā€ Kalachev explained, adding that Article 3 of its charter ā€œstrictly prohibits [it] from interfering in or engaging in any activities of a political, military, religious or racial nature.ā€

So far, Moscow has successfully resisted any pressure within the organization and managed to ā€œkeep a high level of cooperation with its foreign partners,ā€ the general assured. Kalachev admitted, however, that the EU was increasingly reluctant to work with Russia in this regard since the start of the conflict between Moscow and Kiev.

ā€œEU nations refused to hand over a total of around 100 criminals in 2022 and 2023,ā€he revealed, adding that Poland is the least cooperative nation in this regard, as it alone turned down ten requests by the Russian Interpol bureau.

The general believes that such actions are primarily detrimental to the security and wellbeing of the EU nations themselves. ā€œIn defiance of common sense, they let our criminals stay on their [territory], putting their citizens at risk and placing an additional burden on their law enforcement agencies,ā€Kalachev said. The ā€œshort-sightedā€ political course of the elites in these nations ā€œhurts their citizensā€™ interests, including economic and property ones,ā€ he added.

Russia is actively cooperating with Interpol in fighting terrorism, organized crime, and drug trafficking, the head of the national bureau declared, and the organization sometimes remains the ā€œonly information sharing channelā€for national law enforcement agencies amid the ā€œdifficult foreign policy situation.ā€

Moscow makes use of Interpolā€™s special notifications system to warn foreign law enforcement agencies in other countries about potentially dangerous individuals that might arrive while involved in terrorist activities.

Speaking on the 100th anniversary of the organizationā€™s creation, Kalachev also called on the international police community to engage in ā€œconstructiveā€ international dialogue and jointly combat threats ranging from terrorism to cybercrime.

(Remember when Putin called Trump and notified him of a threat? And they started working with each other quite a bit!)

Musk ā€˜the last adequate mindā€™ in America ā€“ Medvedev

The businessman was smart not to allow Kiev use his Starlink service to target Crimea, Russiaā€™s ex-president said

Former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has praised billionaire Elon Musk for refusing to allow Ukraine to use his Starlink satellite communications network for attacks on a Russian naval base in Crimea. The statement came after CNN published excerpts from Walter Isaacsonā€™s book about Musk, where he detailed the rationale behind the businessmanā€™s decision.

ā€œIf what Isaacson has written in his book is true, then it looks like Musk is the last adequate mind in North America,ā€ Medvedev, who is currently deputy chair of Russiaā€™s Security Council, wrote on his English-language account on X (formerly known as Twitter) on Thursday.

=ā€œOr, at the very least, in gender-neutral America, he is the one with the ballsā€, the official added.

According to excerpts from Isaacsonā€™s book, quoted by CNN, Musk secretly ordered his engineers to disable Starlink service near Crimea last year to sabotage a planned Ukrainian attack on Russiaā€™s Black Sea Fleet. ā€œStarlink was not meant to be involved in wars. It was so people can watch Netflix and chill and get online for school and do good peaceful things, not drone strikes,ā€ Musk reportedly said.

After the CNN story appeared online, Musk took to X to explain that he had denied Kievā€™s ā€œemergency requestā€ to activate Starlink all the way to the port city of Sevastopol, which hosts a Russian naval base. ā€œIf I had agreed to their request, then SpaceX would be explicitly complicit in a major act of war and conflict escalation,ā€ Musk wrote.

The businessman donated around 20,000 Starlink kits to Ukraine after Russia launched its military operation in the neighboring state in February 2022. Musk has since advocated for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, drawing ire from both Ukrainian and Western officials.

Top Republican warns US not to ā€˜go wobblyā€™ on Ukraine

Helping Kiev means weakening ā€œstrategic adversaryā€ Russia, Senator Mitch McConnell has said

The US Congress should approve an additional $20 billion in funding for Ukraine, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said on Wednesday. The Republican senator from Kentucky argued that the aid provided by Washington to Kiev has been weakening Moscow ā€œwithout firing a shot.ā€

In a speech on the Senate floor, McConnell claimed that President Joe Biden ā€œhas not been as decisive as many of us have preferredā€ when it comes to funding Ukraineā€™s war effort, but that this was not a reason for Congress to ā€œcompound the administrationā€™s failures with failures of our own.ā€

ā€œHelping Ukraine retake its territory means weakening one of Americaā€™s biggest strategic adversaries without firing a shot,ā€ the senator argued.

With Kiev ā€œeroding Russiaā€™s capacity to threaten NATO,ā€ McConnell claimed, ā€œit is not the time to ease up,ā€ and with NATO unified and European countries starting to spend money on their militaries, ā€œit is certainly not the time to go wobbly.ā€

That particular line was made famous in 1990 by British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who used it to urge US President George H.W. Bush to launch a war against Iraq over Kuwait.

McConnell also suggested that Congress would pass the supplemental government funding bill before the end of the month, which is intended to avoid a government shutdown before the new fiscal year starts in October.

The proposed spending bill has bundled $20.1 billion for Ukraine with disaster relief for fire-stricken Hawaii, despite objections from some Republicans who wanted to vote on the packages separately.

The US Congress has approved over $130 billion in funds for Ukraine since February 2022. Americaā€™s aid to Kiev has included weapons, equipment and ammunition, as well as cash remittances to pay the salaries of government officials.

When some Republicans tried to curtail the spending spree last December, McConnell insisted that aiding Ukraine was the ā€œnumber one priority of the US,ā€ and helped the Democrats to pass the 4,155-page omnibus spending bill.

(Have they already brought out the clone?)
