Blockbuster Ken Paxton Impeachment Trial update:
During cross examination of one of the group of “whistleblowers” against AG Paxton, the defense attorney was able to get the flustered former deputy AG witness to admit that the whistleblowers brought/had NO EVIDENCE of ANY WRONGDOING by AG Paxton when they first met with the FBI to lodge their complaint against him!
According to the witness, he (and other whistleblowers) had formed a “good faith belief” of Paxton’s alleged wrongdoings without a single shred of direct or indirect evidence.
The FBI told the “whistleblowers” that no Federal action could be taken without evidence of the alleged criminal activity.
