So, what if the blurred photo proves that Hartley, not Williams/Flanagan was the real person who shot Alison Parker?
How did they lose control of the real Ramos and were unable to produce a body after the shooting?
Maybe Alison Parker was onto a story about something to do with Ramos. He has supposedly been ranting for years and what true journalist wouldn't be trying to get a scoop? And maybe the shooting victims found out something, too.
