Want to know if the fuel company is run by and has workers who are round or slant eyed. If honest mistake it must have happened during long meal break or rest period where nobody actually tried to start one of the vehicles immediately after fueling. Because had it gone down that way then it would not be so many disabled. They would have caught on and stopped the fueling. Sabotage not ruled out.
