In my mind, I heard my father who is now in heaven after croaking from the vax, but I was taking a walk and I thought I heard him say that when I see his birthday Oct. 4, it's him telling me hello. I thought I heard him say that and I said out loud, "Ten four" but the realized it could also mean that I received my father's message and so from then on that's what 10-4 means to me.
