The Governor stated that the State Police would be enforcing it so this guy was never in jeopardy of violating the constitution. This is all BS. Why doesn't his statement say "we were not asked to enforce it because it would have been well known it is not enforceable"

BTW Why haven't we heard from the State Police Commissioner. That is the only person who needs to get his ass in front of a camera and answer. These others are phony after the fact.
