insurance companies establish the value of a person by what their current income level is, their education and age to establish potential lifetime earnings. A 26 year old with no college degree and no job and perhaps tens of thousands in debt has basically a negative value. Not agreeing, just saying.

your thinking logically anon. that's not allowed. a young child has no extra value just because they may live a long life, there has to be income stream already created for a value to be established. there's a high probability that a young person will die or go to jail or be crippled and end up costing way more than they produce.
