Are you sure "The Lord" and "God" are the same in that scripture?
Remember when Jesus was telling Peter what must happen to Him (Jesus) and Peter started rebuking Him saying "This shall never happen to you". Jesus called him Satan and said get behind me. Peter couldn't imagine the things Jesus said must happen to Him because he thought Jesus was above it.
God is not jealous, others are jealous for God. There's a difference.

God the Father is not jealous. If you love only those who love you what credit is it to you? Be perfect, as your heavenly father is perfect.
For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God
Those two statements don't necessarily contradict.
What if God is not jealous, but Satan is jealous on Gods behalf?
