There's a simple solution to solve the division on QR:

Flint relinquishes control of the board. Dart, Arcus, Biker, Chris all step down as BVs. Someone else comes in to control the board and we get new jannies. Cleary we need new leadership here. People are tired of the narrative control and censorship.

It won't happen, though. None of them will be willing to give up the power and control they have, for the greater good.
