Yeah, but it's a pellet gun. Don't get me wrong, 'cos we've seen children get charged for having a pellet gun, but remember the narrative behind the entire story was she did it to "protect him from himself" or some shit.

It is. But if they go off this photo, how are you going to charge him for a weapon violation, for a toy gun? Out of all the charges he has, this is the one with the least amount of jail time and will prevent him from testifying, 'cos there's no relation to POTATUS.
