Binance is under extreme pressure from the people who were directly involved in controlling FTX.

Binance didn't help them out, and even dealt the death blow which eventually opened the whole can of worms at FTX…

These people are out to get Binance. Destroy it.

They are using the same tactics of weaponizing the legal system to harass and intimidate and eventually drive their enemies from the marketplace, etc.
