2-MAPZ also out and about over Nancy.
Wild weasel works for me, over. 2-JBMF left Perpignan-Rivesaltes, a small airport near Perpignan. It's been there before. Discreet, but we still found them.
One of the night crew spotted these three planes, there wasn't much context given. I conclude from this that Q and POTUS have covered everything, including a last throw of the dice via launching another missile by the bad guys.
Relax, they have this under control. There were also Poseidons headed towards Norfolk, so the command and control network is being prepared just in case. No need for the Nightwatches and Mercurys just yet.
Customs involvement may be related to the Panama Papers, shell companies and massive tax evasion on a global scale. Customs may be seizing paperwork to trawl through that will blow this whole thing apart.
That could explain the panic in 2-reg planes like 2-RBTS. They can see it coming and are trying to bail out or dump evidence.
It's home airfield is Biggin Hill, just South of the river.

I'm not sure about this plane. It could be a mapping one like 2-MAPP, but doesn't seem to have the same activity as 2-MAPP. It could just be a cover story.

I've normally only seen one Missile Agency jet out at a time and that was around Nevada. Three is off the scale of unusual.
French Air Farce F-RAJA headed SW. It's passed Ponta Delgaga, so I predict that this is going to Fortaleza, Brazil then on to possibly Argentina or Chile.

I've got a Flightaware window open tracking this one. FA works better when ADS-B drops off far from the coast.

If the French Air Farce are headed to Fortaleza, then watch for the Dutch, Swedes and Germans that are likely to follow.
Could be another family reunion in Buenos Aires. We've been here before.
