On the moon, there is a retroreflector. You shine a laser at it, it reflects back to the source. It got me thinking, if some of these fires, like in Maui, Paradise, etc. are from directed energy weapons (satellite lasers of various frequencies), and they're a land grab operation, what if people who are being given "offers they can't refuse" from wealthy individuals place retroreflectors on their property? Beam comes down, bounces back up, destroys satellite But since that's just a "conspiracy theory", nobody should have a problem with retroreflectors being on the property. They wouldn't be harming anything, and if a fire started, then ended while a satellite blew up in orbit (total coincidence), there really wouldn't be anyone to blame, at least not without admitting that a satellite would have to fire a beam at the reflector in order for it to bounce back.
