Kek. I stand by what I said. I did not use hypocrisy wrong.

Why doesn't the government allow people under 18 to smoke? Join the military without parental consent? Watch porn? etc?

Now why does the government want to kill a criminal under 18?

Our government doesn't actually have the values it claims to. This is a country of hypocrisy.

>telling everyone else to

False. Those pretending to are hypocrites. Not living what you claim are hypocrites.

Claiming a 15 year old kid can't make a decision because his brain is under developed and then wanting to kill him for making a very bad decision is pure hypocrisy.

Stop dividing, it's not a "kids world" and an "adult world". The kid was in the world he was born into.

Ohhh are you triggered? They're not adults in the eyes of the law in any way except punishment. Pure hypocrisy.

Hypocrites hate having hypocrisy pointed out.

Nonsense. A child can choose to go against the right thing because they do not understand and I do not hold them accountable.

There's a reason Jesus told us the one who handed Him over committed the greater sin. No one took His life, He gave it.

"Forgive them Father, they know not what they do".

>ignorance not a defense

Really? Have you told cops and the courts that? Qualified immunity is literally applied to a cop not knowing the law.

Back to the subject, we're talking about kids who the government says aren't old enough to make decisions, such as smoking, watching porn, or joining the military. Yet you claim they're old enough to make a decision they should be put to death for?

It is for cops.

The point of the conversation you joined is that the government says the kids aren't old enough, their brains not developed until they want to punish them.

I don't care what they believed. It's irrelevant. When Jesus died on the cross, He prayed for the father to forgive them, because they know not what they do. Do you think they were all under 13?

The government claims these kids brains aren't developed enough to smoke, yet they want to kill them. It's hypocrisy.

>he's just a child, at 6'2 225lbs

Which has nothing to do with his brain development. Again, if he's too young and his brain is too undeveloped to make legal decisions, smoke, watch porn etc he's too young to be killed by the government for a bad decision.

I'm not arguing for him to not face punishment or be locked up by the way, I'm pointing out the hypocrisy.

And the United States government says he's too young and his brain too under developed to make decisions such as to smoke or buy certain violent video games. So, that same government does not get to say he should be killed for his bad decisions.

Pure hypocrisy.
