Corticosteroid nasal sprays are way more effective for decongestion. I've never built a tolerance to them like I did with the other kinds. Plus the corticosteroids low-key increase testosterone.
Also corticosteriods don't jack up your heart rate like with ones that contain ephedrine or whatever else.
